Thread Sense is an exhibition of work by post-grad designers from Cape Tech's department of Textile Design and Technology. Products range from the eccentric to the practical, but all are entirely marketable. Highlights include gold printed hesian and hemp fabrics, quirky children's rainwear, laminated shower-curtains, delicate, textured gift-wrap, and huge, digitally printed banners designed to spice up boring public spaces.
