In a rural province of New Zealand a backwater where cows, Rugby, beer and surf are the main interests - there is a group of artists. For around 20 years they have each pursued their art scattered around the slopes of Mt Taranaki. Now, through the Internet they have united as Virtual TART (TART as in Taranaki art). They have sent artworks to be part of exhibitions in England and Japan, and now they are coming to New York.

Through having their work on the Virtual TART site they have hit the world.

Dale Copeland has packed some of everyones artwork into 4 big suitcases and brought it to New York. Complete with photos of the artists in their Taranaki studios.
