Once again the graz biennial (07-11 November 2001) invites you to get connected to what is at stake in contemporary urban culture. For the fifth time, this international showcase of cutting edge approaches to media, architecture, urbanity and society explores the state of the art in visual thinking about spatial and informational enviroments. Deadline is July 25, 2001.

The competition is open to moving and digital images of all formats. It includes the following 3 categories:

1. Creative perspectives: challenging artistic views on cultural, social, political and aesthetic implications of material / imma- terial spaces.

2.a Documents: leading forms of documentary reflection on archi- tecture and urban spaces.

b ArchitectsΠwebsites: outstanding presentations of the archi- tectural work in the web.

3. Architectural Experimentation: architectural models, experi- mental design and virtual architecture generated through the innovative use of new technologies.
