"Call for Proposals: International Competition for an Antifascism Monument"

The City of Salzburg, Austria announces a two-phased International Competition for an Antifascism Monument to be built on the new plaza in front of her main railway station.

Artists are invited to hand in ideas for the monument until November 15, 2001. Then a jury will select the best five proposals and commission their authors to work them out in detail until April 2, 2002. The best five projects are funded with EUR 3,633 each, the realization of the best projekt with EUR 145,345.
