Original oil paintings by Ohio artist Ron Anderson presented in the Springfield Museum of Art solo exhibit, "Walking the tightrope: Paintings by Ron Anderson" in Springfield, Ohio. Ron Anderson is an Ohio oil painter and an art educator. He teaches commercial art at the Columbus College of Art & Design and for the Columbus Public Schools and exhibits his artwork in Ohio and in New York.

Ron Anderson’s art commissions include an original painting commissioned for the Absolut Spirits 3rd annual art collection and two portraits housed in the George Washington Williams Memorial room at the Ohio Statehouse. He is currently completing six murals for the newly renovated Ohio Supreme Court building with an anticipated completion date of March 2005.
