Reflect-arts, Inc. at Gallery 27+ (in Chelsea area of New York City) invites you to submit to Strange Cities: The Unique and the Unusual in the Urban Landscape. DEADLINE September 8, 2006. Strange Cities: the Unique and the Unusual in the Urban Landscape will be an exhibition of 2-D art works in all mediums, the theme encourages the artist to interpret the notion with their personal imagination and craft. The exhibit will run from October 19 - October 30 at Gallery 27+, 242 West 27th St., New York, NY.

The opening event for Strange Cities will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2006 starting at 6 pm and will include live performance, open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Artists chosen to participate will receive invitations to distribute.

Reflect-arts will provide all public relations and marketing services as well as our own mailing within New York City.

Calendar: September 8 - submissions to be post-marked by or on September 8; Week of September 25 - acceptance forms and e-mail sent to artists invited to participate; Week of October 2 - artist‚s acceptance e-mail to be received (signed acceptance form to be sent snail mail); October 17- artwork to be delivered to Gallery 27+ on this date; October 19 - opening party; October 30 - pick up of art work.
