Premiere Portfolio Artist Ellen Jantzen's work is featured in a 6 page article about in the current issue of B.A.D Magazine (Brand, Advertising, Design) out of Bangkok Thailand. The article entitled "Digital Gardening of Art" is a thorough interview with Jantzen. When asked: "Why did you choose to do digital art, not traditional or other kinds of art?", Jantzen respondes, " I am excited by the new, the never before seen so I am naturally not interested in traditional painting or sculpture. My method of creating digital art satisfies my desires for concept, form and color. Because I create ephemeral assemblages to photograph, my needs to work with my hands is realized; when I photograph these and return to my computer, concept and color become important. The digital world allows me to be surprised with the results."
