ASSOCINA and "Il Ramo d'Oro" present ASIAN OVERVIEW ROME 2008. Patronized by Municipio Roma 6, Assessorato politiche educative e scolastiche del Comune di Roma,  Progetto intermediazione Sociale, Associazione Italia-Cina 8th-16th February 2008, Sala Consiliare Municipio 6, Piazza Marranella 2, Roma. The exhibition was opened on the 8th February 2008 at four pm with introductions by  Teodoro Giannini (President of Municipio Roma 6), Vincenzo Montella (Il Ramo d'Oro), and Marco Wong (Associna). The exhibition will be on view until the 16th February 2008 from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00. An exhibition born out from the usual commercial, political, institutional networks trough that powerful tool that is internet, which permitted to artists living thousands of kilometers far to meet and to know each others, to discuss on line and to share a creative project. Il Ramo d'Oro promotes their artists with a Gallery Portfolio at absolutearts.com and several of the artists are Premiere Portfolio members.

The artists involved are Shin-Hye Park from Korea, Sangeeta Singh from India, Liu Yang, Wang Tiewei and Liu Wei from China, Setyo Mardiyantoro and Antonius Kho from Indonesia, Vincenzo Montella, Nuccia Pulpo, Marco Sodaro and Teresa Mangiacapra from Italy. Seven Eastern and four Italian artists who have the Far East as their physical or ideal residence.
