The Marin Museum of Contemporary Art presents the 2008 Fall National Exhibition, "Realities and Illusions". This show is juried by one of the best known art writers in the U.S., Kenneth Baker, who has been the resident art critic at the San Francisco Chronicle since 1983. The theme of the show is representational, abstract and/or imagined art works, in oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor, drawing, sculpture, photography and mixed media. The show runs from August 23 through September 21, 2008.

The Marin Museum of Contemporary Art was established by the members of the Art League of Northern California.
