The World Needs Us showcases the work of 4 emerging talents from South Africa.  Photography, work on paper, sculpture and paintings are included.  These artists are young, award-winning and pushing the boundaries of their respective media.  Issues raised include crime, identity, gender and African traditional customs.

This project is initiated by Heidi Erdmann and Alessandra Atti Di Sarro. The exhibition in Rome is followed by one in South Africa in 2010. The South African exhibition will feature the work of Italian artist, Erik Chevalier.

The exhibition in Rome is generously supported by Alpitour World

Artists will be present at the opening.
