William Moore, of Barrie’s MacLaren Art Centre,
when a Rodin Sculpture exhibit was proudly
displayed there. Barrie was described
in the news media as
a creative center in Ontario's Art City network, and thus,
the concept of Art City was born.
The creative spirit of Art City is now found
everywhere in Ontario’s communities.
The name Art City expresses the flavor of Ontario,
with its hundreds of festivals
and thousands of community events. You can express
