A show displaying artwork of OCCCA's interns, as well as the work of three additional undergraduate artists from Chapman University.
Show Runs: November 19-29

The following artists will be shown:
Leanne Mobley was raised in the booming metropolis known as Wildomar,
California. These days, she is likely to be found exploring the
shelves at your local library or creating art in her Orange villa.
Ms. Mobley is in her senior year at Chapman University and plans to
become a starving artist. Her piece entitled "Functional Family"
explores the relationship between film and reality by comparing
Hollywood films with her own family's home videos.
Jon Toto grew up in Irvine, CA before attending the California College
of the Arts. He later transfered to Chapman University where he is
currently a senior pursuing studio art and business degrees. Jon's
concentration is in painting but has also worked with other mediums
including video. Jon recently interned with artist Rebecca Campbell.
Madison Bollay, born and raised in Santa Barbara, Ca, is a second year
Chapman University Digital Arts student. Since she was very young she
has been interested in art, and her passion for it has grown over the
years. She received an achievement in art award and a scholarship when
she graduated high school in 2008. She plans to continue her efforts
in hopes of working as an artist for PIxar when she graduates.
Ashley McPeek is a Senior at Chapman University pursuing a BFA in
Studio Art and a BA in French. She has spent years working with a
variety of mediums including painting, drawing, video, and
photography. Not committed to a single medium, Ashley worked with
sculpture for her piece, "Taxidermy." Ashley is currently working on
her Senior Show as well as interning at The Orange County Museum of
Art and The Orange County Center for Contemporary Art.
Patricia Burns received her BFA in sculpture at Chapman University.
She primarily works in sculpture and drawing. Her sculptures are made
of broken glass, wax, and found materials, and explore whimsical
childlike subject matter.
