Maciej Hoffman, who has been a Premiere Portfolio Member at absolutearts.com since 2008, takes part in an international exhibition in Germany titled "Nord Art – north Germany’s window on the art world" and shows there 5 large format paintings. The exhibition opens on June 16 and run until October 3, 2010. Northern Europe’s biggest art exhibition takes place in a distinctly offbeat setting and offers an international panorama of contemporary painting, sculpture, installation and photography, impressive not just for its size but also for its cosmopolitan nature.

The exhibition is preceded by the international symposium for painters and sculptors, a chance to make new contacts, share expertise and produce large-format works for Nord Art itself. This takes place in the Carlshütte, a 22,000-square-metre former iron foundry, the surrounding 60,000-square-metre sculpture park and public spaces in the town of Büdelsdorf (near Hamburg).
