GENERAL STATEMENT: LIFE'S SECRET MACHINERY
Every painting is a dual challenge: push the digital envelope, push the art envelope....There are no photos or scanned material in my work. I start with a blank screen and try to create new kinds of beauty that can be made only with digital tools. I call my genre "digital painting" to suggest a continuum with oil painting, etc.
