Artist Statement:
Someone told me once: “Never
become a weary artist. A weary
artist can produce no other
than weary works”. Though
somewhat proverbial, it turned
out to be very valuable advice
for me.
Ever since, it has remained
deeply engraved in my mind,
reminding me to retain spirits
and attitude in order to
produce artistic works.
I always want to be true to
myself and continue to draw
landscapes, peoples and things
I like and feel.

Born in Montevideo - URUGUAY (1948 )
Studied Photography at the Photo Club Uruguayo
Learn Lighting, Scenery and Art History at School Municipal Theater (EMAD)
Studied Watercolor with Professor Luis Sei Fong
Learn drawing and painting with Master Sergio Curto
