Artist Statement:
I was always fascinated by the concept of other worlds, real and imaginary, separated from us by immense distance in space or time. This lead to an interest in art, science fiction and fantasy, ancient cultures and space science.
At the moment I am working mostly with oil and soft pastels, acrylic and oil paints, often using my camera and computer as sketching tools. I prefer bright, vibrant colors and loose paint application. However, my style is constantly evolving and I avoid stagnating with only one approach or media.
The subject of my paintings often lies somewhere in between the existing word and imaginary realms. I am finding my inspirations in the beauty and mystery of the nature and human civilization, in music, and in my favorite stories.

I had a number of comissions: floral glow in the dark paintings, lots of sci-fi art, a fishing scene, ACEO miniatures, landscapes. I can produce original artworks from photos for a wide range of subjects.
