Welcome to Viona Ann Kendall's Portfolio.
I believe painters have to have the mechanics perfected but then let their emotions flow. I don't believe that there has to be a set style. Each medium has a different feel, but you have to know your craft inoder for your creativity to express itself. I feel art is completing something you have within and has to flow naturally. Time doesn't exist when you are creating. A painting can be completed in fourty-five minutes or take days. I paint nature in both her realism and fantasy.
Ultimately the only ststement that matters is the visible one of the work itself. I will always be a student with painting a challenge. There is so much to learn that even the greatest masters raced their art to the limit of their lives.... |
