| Your Personal Biography |
Was born in 1960 on earth, where continues to live and work. In his youth, he was fascinated with cameras and started taking photographs with a Voigtlander SLR back in 1979: he began teaching himself photography, developing and printing both B&W and 'Cibachrome' color images.
He's passionate about the traditional photographic process, it's form, essence and craft and prefers to work with fully manual, film -based cameras, hand print where possible, and use available light. He uses 35mm Nikon, medium format Hasselblad, Toyo Cx45 View Camera and Large Format Wista Folding.
His work covers a wide variety of events that can be seen on this site: portraits, glamour, reportage, macro, still life, fine art nudes and large format Polaroid film. Unique fine art Polaroid image trasfer and emulsion lift. His published work has appeared in a number of magazines.
