Artist Statement:
I have been painting and
drawing for most of my life,
inspired by the light and
colors of the natural world.
My desire is to capture the
beauty or mood of a variety of
subjects, whether it be a
colorful landscape, a child's
portrait, or the rendering of
an old vacant building.
Working in pastel and
acrylics, my goal as an artist
is simply to create an
interesting and beautiful
piece of art which causes the
viewer to feel the experience
of that particular moment....
