Artist Statement:
Aude Grasset's painting style
developed after a career in
advertising and design in New
York and London. She
specialises in corporate and
bar environments,
streetscapes, interiors and
children in action. Her style
has been compared with Edward
Hopper's and David Hockney's.

Although mostly taught at home
by an artist mother, Aude took
a 3-year professional
decorative painting course
where she learnt the art and
craftmanship of working with
pigments and glazes. She also
did further training in
figurative painting, painting
from the model and
trompe-l'oeil.
Aude takes commissions and
exhibits regularly with the
Riverside Artists Group in
London (UK).
