Artist Statement:
Painting is my medium to
express deepest (optimistic)
emotions and thoughts. I feel
that pure colors, symbols,
non- linear time and space
reality are THE MOST REAL AND
RELEVANT things that exist.
After the painting is
finished, there is another
important thing that
absolutely spontaneously
completes the creative
process- the title that I
deeply feel exactly matches
the visual content. Infinite
joy and fun. All over again.

Aleksandra Smiljkovic Vasovic (1967), graduate (1993) and postgraduate (1996) painting at The Faculty of Fine Arts at Belgrade University of Arts.
Graduated (1994) at the Faculty of Architecture at Belgrade University.
Member of The Association of Fine Artists of Serbia since 1994.
