Artist Statement:
Beata Szechy works are autobiographical installations with paintings, prints, drawings and objects.
My latest works are coming from my dreams. In my childhood I always wondered in my bed when I woke up, open my eyes, see lights, that came through on the windowscreen and made marks on the wall. Every second that marks were different on the wall how the sun moved... sometimes stripes, sometimes dots...
