Carlos Monteiro was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 1978.
For 15 years worked as 3D artist and designer for TV shows, magazine illustration and theatre.
The talent for oil painting arrived early in childhood, and in 2004 went to a classical school to
learn the old masters techniques and drawing. Nowadays his time is dedicated entirely
to the art.
