Artist Statement for Carole Clark
|

|
Welcome to my gallery. Carole Mc Comb Clark was born in Alhambra, CA and grew up in Rosemead, CA. The proud widow of a United States Marine. I am a breast cancer survivor. I discovered the joy of painting at a very young age and have had a paint brush in my hand ever since. As a child I loved to paint in watercolor as most children do. I have studied with many art teachers, learning the use of acrylics, oils and other mediums. I taught art in the Parks and Recreation Department In Glendora, CA. Among my awards are Best in show at the Covina, CA Art Fair and First Place at the Glendora, CA Art Festival and second place at the Perris, CA Art Festival. Feel free to look through my portfolio.
