Artist Statement:
Although I work from sketches and photographs I work outside. The natural light and fresh air keep me happy. | Why Did You Become An Artist |
Whilst staying at a friends house 20 miles from home, still in the Dordogne, I was compelled to sketch the view from his living room window. Every time I leave my house I am overwhelmed by the Dordogne's beuty,
and I feel an obligation to this area's beuty. I MUST paint to calm the beast within! |
