Kellianne O’Brien bears witness to the healing power of art. When she was 30 years old, Kellianne suffered a serious nervous breakdown, during which time only her painting practice sustained her emotionally and spiritually. Creating beauty through art helps Kellianne share her inner sanctuary with the world and strengthens the trust that was lost during a traumatic childhood. Her faith is an inspiration to others. While in Greece, a fellow artist commented that viewing Kellianne’s paintings is “like being in a cathedral.” Kellianne’s paintings are passionate outbursts of colour, which resonate beyond words. |
