My parents. They are both creative by nature and they feed off of one another so it's a given that at least one of their children would end up with some sort of talent! ;) If not all 4 of them. |

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
I started painting for therapy in 2003ish... for Epilepsy. I have had epilepsy since I was 11. Rather than take more medication, I find that when I paint, I am calmed, soothed, my stress levels dissipate, my mind is challenged for my daily job... and among other things, I found that others really enjoy my work - especially when they see it first hand. It has a tendency to make people "wonder" and there is great wonder in life as I find it makes me a happy person! I will always paint, be creative, find avenues to pursue art. It will forever be a goal/goals... to encourage others to find avenues of art as well. Often I believe some are not given credit for their artistic talents when in fact, they have great talents! As our talents are God given... inspired by Creation! ;) This is where most of my work stems from and ends up on it's final process. So, why did I become an artist... it just happen, but I do it to glorify God. |

| Your Personal Biography |
Personally, I have never had any formal art training. It just sort of has come... I suppose. At the age of 12 I was diagnosed with epilepsy and during my early twenties a friend was kind enough to relay that art was therapy for individuals with epilepsy. So I dove right in, by any means necessary!
Since then, it's been a blast donating and giving to different charities... friends... and of course family! My degree is in Hospitality Management and I do love to serve people as I seem to find it a treat... and art seems to be the same. I hope you enjoy.

'i paint from my heart.' shea explains 'there are very distinct memories of certain places in which, i suppose my heart may have skipped a beat or two due to the natural beauty of Creation, those days are my inspiration.' shea has always been very artistic and immensely creative. her desire to always be in motion with a project has never stopped.
