Artist Statement:
Charles Van Horn is an award
winning
illustrator/designer.He has
served as creative director
for one of New York’s largest
ad agencies, Bozell Jacobs
Healthcare Division in New
York City.
Charles is also an adjunct
professor of graphic design at
Nassau Community College on
Long Island. He holds a
Bachelor of Professional Arts
degree from the Art Center
College of Design in Los
Angeles. He is the owner of
Van Horn & Associates in Glen
Head, NY which has served
clients such as Nabisco,
Lipton Tea, Dannon Yogurt,
Merck Pharmaceutical,
Marriott/Sedexho, Olympus and
many more national and local
accounts.

Charles’ passion is watercolor
painting, gourmet food and
travel. Italy is his favorite
destination as is evident
from his many watercolors. His
works are in private
collections in Europe,Japan
and the United States.
