Artist Statement:
Bio
In 1964 I was born in
Slovenia, Southern Europe,
before moving to Germany.
The first years of my life
I´ve spent on my grandmother´s
animal farm, which already was
the beginning of my artistic
inspiration.
Then, still as a child, I
moved to Western Germany
together with my parents.
I was painting all my life,
since my grandfather was a
painter too. He was my first
inspiration and probably the
most important teacher to me.
Today I´m a professional
freelanced artist and over the
years have sold many paintings
all around Germany, but also a
lot to the USA.
I was a follower of
oldmasterly painting
techniques, while my today´s
compositions are a union of
highly valuable traditional
standards and contemporary
subjects. Means, I take the
best from the past, to use it
for creating contemporary
modern art.
My style is absolutely unique.
You won´t find depictions like
this anywhere else, this I
guarantee. My art can´t be
called wall decoration. My
work offers much more than the
aspect of pure beauteousness
of colors: it has substance
and sense and is often the
result of highly inspirated
moments of life. While

Then, still as a child, I moved to Western Germany together with my parents.
I was painting all my life, since my grandfather was a painter too. He was my first inspiration and probably the most important teacher to me.
Today I am a professional freelanced artist and over the years have sold many paintings all around Germany, but also a lot to the USA.
I was a follower of oldmasterly painting techniques, while my today�s compositions are a union of highly valuable traditional standards and contemporary subjects. Means, I take the best from the past, to use it for creating contemporary modern art.
My style is absolutely unique and innovative. You will not find depictions like this anywhere else, this I guarantee. My art cannot simply be regarded as wall decoration, since it offers much more than the aspect of pure beauteousness of colors or composition: it has substance, sense and is often the result of highly inspirated moments of life. While executing, all aspects of painting are important to me: tonality, composition, the material itself,the esthetic of general appearance, and above all, matter and substance. My opinion is that art, made by inspiration, does continuesly inspire the watcher afterwards. So, art isn´t only decoration for your wall, but a pleasure
and food for your soul.
