David Datuna is a truly unique artist whose vision is unlike anyone else’s. Despite of the fact that David has not received any formal training and is a self-taught artist, his art is dynamic and expressive. David combines simple shapes and limited color scheme which takes him into the new direction of abstract art. David’s innovative style attracts professionals as well as amateurs.
David Datuna was born in 1974 in Tbilisi, Georgia. However, he started painting after he moved to United States influenced by modern art of New York and a new environment. David has participated in numerous exhibitions; some of them helped fund aid organizations.

David Datuna is a truly unique artist whose vision is unlike anyone else’s. Despite of the fact that David has not received any formal training and is a self-taught artist, his art is dynamic and expressive. David combines simple shapes and limited color scheme which takes him into the new direction of abstract art. David’s innovative style attracts professionals as well as amateurs.

At the present time David Datuna’s work is represented in Moscow as part of the International HIV/AIDS Organization program.
Datuna makes a difference by his art and contributes new ideas that cannot be unnoticed. His art reflects fast-paced urban life of a big city.
David Datuna is a Member of Moscow Art Association and Member of International Art Fund. |
