Art - Saloon - Dilyan Dochev - DiL
The Artist Dilyan Dochev – DiL was born in the town of Lovech/Bulgaria, in 1949.
He learns his profession and after his study was he engineer but in his own mind he was artist.
He grows up with the Beatles and Rollingstones’s music and was early impact into the higher criteria of the art.
Perimeter art of his artist works are painting, portraits, illustration, Ex Libris, caricature, cartoons, comics, etc.
He thinks that the”Holy Trinity” for him is:
- music,
- chess and
- Yoga.
His start was given 35 years before and he started to do cartoons, enchanted by Kukriniksi and Bidstrup.
Some years later he added also other genres.
Today favorite theme of the artist are the Greek-Roman Mythology, the living Nature, mummers, mysticism and exotic, but he do not forgotten the buitiful nature around his own town in the middle of Balkan maintains.
Following the example of the world known Artist of different ages, like Renoir, Monet, Salvador Dali, Ayvazovski, Edwin Long, Honoré Daumier, Eugène Delacroix, Gustave Doré he makes his own still of painting
The slogan of the artist is under of the famous phrase: “The art is station of the escaped trains! “
