Reflections
"In search of the muse"

These paintings have emerged from a deep sense of compassion and the desire to create. They helped me in my search for meaning. May they shed a small ray of light on you as well.

Artist Statement

I am a self taught Artist. I have created commissioned artwork for personal collections and have participated in numerous exhibitions, one leading to a piece of art at the National Library of Congress. So there you have the beginnings of my story.

I began painting in August of 2001 and have created the following artwork. I work from my home studio, seeking to understand and find a “special something” that makes these works unique. Perhaps one day soon it will become obvious, but for now the uniqueness comes only from random reflections on life.
