Artist Statement:
Notes From The Artists July 2008

Delving into personal visual realms daily is the basis for the artwork we create. Works are filled with our individual reactions to the spiritual and concrete realities of our physical universe. Creating art is our expressive outlet and a means to share with other humans our sensory, emotional and intellectual reactions to the present world. By exploring these sensibilities concerning the world we live in through the outlet of visual expression, we communicate our attitudes and the social currents of different human cultures. Ideas about physical and spiritual theories evolve. In this manner we find enlightenment.
For us the act of creation is always passionate, sometimes labored and concurrently both joyful and liberating. We compare the artistic process to birth, a catharsis or an epiphany. Creative exploration provides us with the fuel for inner growth and development. Art shapes and defines our individual life journey in an enriching way. Sharing with the brotherhood of humanity our diverse viewpoints and understanding concerning varied cultures within a visual construct is our artistic mission.
