Thank you for viewing my artwork.
Please take advantage of my WINTER STUDIO SALE - 2011-12.
Having moved to a new place with many life changes, I need to make room for the new. In the recent years I had been focusing on my day job and my family. After losing my job during the down economy, I took advantage of creating an online tea shop. www.TwistedLeafTea.com. With my initial background in graphic design I designed my labels, built the website and so much more. I also support my husband in his art career, www.DennisFriel.com. We currently reside in south Florida with our daughter. Art has never left my side and a new painting series is in progress. I have many many more abstract paintings to be added in the new year!
About the artwork;
Most paintings are acrylic on 1 1/2 inch canvas, stapled and signed on back! Thanks for visiting!
Fine Art Prints available upon request!!!
Feel free to email at ArtElysium at Yahoo.com

Many have said my work is tranquil, uplifting, zen, calming, holds a strong sense of light, space and depth, atmospheric...
Abstract painting communicates emotion and thought in an alternative persepective. The idea of communication that is further involved is about memories, the unconscious, how the image in the painting resembles something. Certain images, textures and compositions can cause emotions and visions to surface yet still lay vague to the viewer. My intention is in hope that viewers will find something under the surface, to look beyond the obvious.
Some of my motivation emerges from an attraction to line, light and space designs in interior areas and architecture. However, it really comes down to creating art becuase I need to for myself.
If you would like to see a different perspective or close-up of any artwork, just let me know....
Thank you,
Liz Lima
