Born in Mexico City (01-07-1944).
Since very young & simultaneously to various & intense activities (as Translator, Drama Actor, Architecture & Graphic Designer, Student Leader,
Government Official, Entrepreneur, Professor and Artist), he completed a B.A. in Architecture (UNAM: 1962-68) and M.A. Graduate studies, on Urban &
Regional Development Planning (Syracuse University, New York - USA & Brazil's Architects Institute: 1968-72).
For more than 45 years, he has performed many professional activities on such fields, within the Public & Private Sectors, of Mexico, USA, Brazil & Italy.
