Francisco Vidal International Contemporary Artist born in Colombia and residing in New York for many years, I has developed and artistic language in this City,my art express Love,Hate,Violence and Hope throught flattenet paintings in a figurative style with stright,curve or in zigzag with out line and with remenbers also I reflects the cultural values,ideals the daily life a his Barranquilla,Colombia.
The lines on my paintings are primitive and simple but they represent the mood of a people that sees beyond its present day challenges A people inspired by its surroundeing,The mountains,streetlife,themarketplace,its music.The colors on Vidal's paintings remind us of the magic of the tropic,where the greens,the blues,the reds,the yellows,take on life of their onw and become chromatic gods that bewitch you with an ultra sensory perception of beauty.
