Francisco Matos
Born in Covilhã,1945 (Portugal).
Finished the Art Course at António Arroio School in 1961.
Attended the Art Course and the Free Course of Design and Painting at the Fine Arts College of Lisbon.
Got Prizes in Design, Painting and Short Story or Novel.
Is mentioned in the book PORTUGUESE 20 th CENTURY
ARTISTS (1978).
Was responsible for the International Painting Workshop
that took place in Alcoitão (Estoril) - 2000.
Has been a drafstman for about 30 years, having paged
several magazines and bulletins.
Has created several posters, leaflets, calendars and dozens
of logos for Portugal and several foreign countries.
Has worked as a graphic arts instructor (professional
training).
