Artist Statement:
I am a commissioned artist. I use the old name of Glasspainter for what I mostly do which is making stained glass windows for specific locations.
I use this ancient medium holding mainly to the traditional techniques and seeing what I can create using them. I like work that endures.
I work to a given brief or develop a brief with my clients to find a solution to a given design situation. Some of the projects I have undertaken have been on very difficult themes such as the Lockerbie Memorial and The Falklands War Memorial but many other works also, religious and non- religious.
My clients are many and various from private individuals to companies. I work mainly in Europe but have recently begun widening my horizons. Work can be undertaken world-wide.
I have constructed a huge web site under the domain name www.glasspainter.com and I hope that you will come and visit me there also.
