Artist Statement:
My fibre-based mixed media work often explores the opposites of strength and vulnerability,attachment and loss, trust and betrayal. My work on paper combines drawing techniques with stitching and collage and use of title/text to provide the narrative. Some of my recent work explores universal shapes of bowl and a human hand in a playful and whimsical manner.
