Artist Statement for Greg Wood

When I need an artist's statement I go to the Met in NY and walk behind one of the docents and her flock of tourists and just copy down a few minutes of whatever she is saying. Anything can be attributed by anyone about any art. People get shown at galleries by their hairstyle, who they know, whether their related to celebrities, how cute they are, or how much money they have. A Paris Hilton could get her soiled drawers prominently displayed. Anything but what their art is. The only real requirement is that it is vague.
