Artist Statement:
Born in Cochabamba-Bolivia in 1956. Studies at the Public Library of Cochabamba, at the Modern Art Museum, with exhibitions in the “Gildaro Antezana” Gallery, at the academy of fine arts of Cochabamba, Specialized workshops for artists in Sweden (KKV).
Individual and collective exhibitions since 1975 in Cochabamba, La Paz, Santa Cruz, Oruro, Sucre and Trinidad.
As well as in Sweden, Spain, Norway, Russia, Ukrain, United States, Mexico, Ecuador and Paraguay. Distinguished by honorary mention in engrave Bienal Pukara 1985, first price in engrave Cochabamba1987, First price in engrave La Paz 1991, honorary mention in drawing La Paz 1991, first place in sculpture (stone) 1991, Gold medal to cultural merit in Cochabamba1991, honorary mention in painting 1993 La Paz, First price in painting 1994.
