As you can see these pictures are in a variety of styles with a variety of themes. I like sometimes to give the impression of the camera having caught something in progress, something that is happening whether the camera is there or not. In some pictures that has actually been the case. I dont like the surface of the picture to be overworked or too controlled, I think this always gives too much a sense of the photographer and his big camera standing over things, staging and shaping the whole thing! I dont think the personality of a photographer can be so interesting that we want to see it imposed on everything he points his camera at! Hopefully these pictures ... |
