Artist Statement:
Hello,
My name is Donna Lynn
Sutphin and I am the artist of
these original works of art. I
have been painting and drawing
horse's and other animal's for
at least 25 years. I use High
quality oils and acrylic
paint's on stretched canvas,
canvas panel, and watercolor
paper.(please view my web
site for more information) All
are originals and come framed
or unframed. I have done many
custom works for people of
their horse's. I do the custom
works of art from your
photographs of you horse, dog,
cat, or wild animals, but a
majority of my work is from
memory. I consider myself a
self taught artist because I
learn from what I see, the
light and textures are my
learnig tool's. To be able to
capture a horse's spirit or
the freedom of a bird in
flight to a stalking tiger is
truly a great gift. I also

" for getting me started , If
