| Your Personal Biography |
I was born in my beloved hometown, City of Calbayog in the Philippines.I begun drawing since i was 6 years old in my elementary years and joined art competitions at the age of 12.That time I already begun exploring other mediums. At 13 I started painting(oil,watercolor,acrylic)and made my first portrait on charcoal pencil.I graduated in high-school with a distinguished name of being the Artist of the Year. In my early college year, my paintbrush has already been pulling me to stay away from the classroom and face the canvass along the beautiful farm, sea and river scenery of Visayas State University. There I made my first successful exhibit together with the respected artists like Bebot Flandez and Billy Pomeda whose watercolor paintings inspired me a lot. For My 2nd exhibit their, it made possible through the effort of my mentor Jude Sales and the support of the university president Dr.Milan who was also my collector together with Mayor.B.Cari. I graduated with the degree in agriculture specialized in horticulture and Im honored that I have shared my art with them. Now I do landscaping as my job but continuously satisfying my paintbrush wish, to paint and paint. |
