| Biggest Artistic Inspiration |
I grew up in a family of artists and was intimidated by painting (they were all painters) and so I wanted to do some other medium and I loved jewelry. I am inspired by local artists like Marcus Amerman as well as jewelers I see in magazines and around the galleries. |

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
I love to make things, I can't stop. And I love puzzles and a lot of my art comes from having to figure out how to remake something that's broken or could be something else. I also see textile designs or just regular designs and want to translate them into beads. |

| Your Personal Biography |
I live in the homestead that my grandparents built in 1919 and I absolutely love it. I worked for 20+ years in office work and then decided to finally get into the jewelry work that I've always wanted to do. I became the vault manager at a jewelry manufacturing company here in Santa Fe, and decided to get my gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America. I now work for an animal shelter, and for myself making my art pieces. I'm always on the lookout for another exhibition or book to try out for, it makes me work more and harder. |
