Spanish designer Jordi Closa Guerrero, was born in Teruel in 1978 and was straight moved to Zaragoza, the city where he would live in until the age of 20, moment when his around the world peregrinage started...
...Spain, U.K, Italy, Turkey and Germany, have been part of his creative growth. A multifaceted creator who, from the creative platform Creatta has performed a wide range of roles in contemporary creation, crossing the subtle lines which separate design, handcrafts and art.
His work has always been developed in very different levels, from the industry oriented product design for companies like 3M, Adidas or Ideal Standard to the foundation of his own creative space Duendä, based in Nürnberg. He has taken part in several world-wide known exhibitions in Milan and Germany. He has participated and organized shows, performances and creative events as Creatta, Duendä and Klecekr Connexion as well as he has curated exhibitions for young talented artists as Christian Weber or Martin Tibabuzo. His work has been featured in several famous publications such as Interni, Neo2, Prinz or Curt.
Nowadays he combines the management of Duendä with the creative consultancy tasks and doing/curating art related proyects. |
