Why Did You Become An Artist not provided

Your Personal Biography My art is pure 100% abstract, I have devoted the past ten years of my art career to abstract works.
Coming from a beginning in impressionism, I had always wanted to be an abstract artist, but I wanted to spend the time and get it right. Learning to control my brushes ,knives, and mediums, understanding the limitations of each product I put on my canvas to keep the final piece as archival as possible.
To paint something that some one else would find pleasing while not restricting my own artistic freedoms, and not relying on the happy accident to make a piece of art. What you see when you view one of my works is from the heart and was for the most part intended to look exactly as it does.
