Artist Statement:
My work grows from my
interests in geology, the
archaeological dig, and the
work ethic of ancient times.
I use industrial materials to
create what I feel are fossils
of our industrial culture, but
also fossils that are infused
with a sense of belonging in
the natural world, as though I
were a time traveler bringing
back remnants of this society
from where they would have
fallen in our future.
