Abdelkader Rouabah
Né à ras el-oued wilaya de BBA en 1969, diplomè de l’ècole supèrieure des beaux arts D’ALGER en 1996, èleve de choukri Mesli.
Occupe un poste de chef de service des activitès culturelles à la maison de la culture
Mouhamed boudiaf de B.B.Arrèridj depuis l’annèè 2000
