Eldar Kavshbaya was born in
1963, Sukhumi, Gergia.
1983 Graduated from Sukhumi
Art School.
1984 Entered to Tbilisi
State Art Academy, finished
with honors in 1989.
1993 Moved to Tbilisi,
Georgia.
2000 Became a member of the
Union of Artists of Georgia.
2001 Became a member of
Georgian International
Festival of Arts (GIFA).
